In the rousing finale of Pump Up The Volume, Mark's pirate radio station has been shut down and he finally "outs" himself as its voice, no longer hiding behind the cover of night and a vocal disguiser. Mark insists that though this battle may be over, it's up to all of us to speak up, stay strong and make the world a better place.
